We're seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join a large-scale gold operation on a residential Kalgoorlie 7/7 roster (12-hour days and nights). You'll be responsible for leading your crew and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the processing plant. You'll play a key role in developing your team, driving performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
A solid background in leadership or supervisory roles within the mining industry
Strong understanding of gold processing operations and plant management
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
National police clearance
Current Australian C class driver's licence.
